The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing advertising, web development and admin projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Keep your team members motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions for your team
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, working with team members, customers, and management
• Will need to be confident in using math skills
• Analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions affecting projects on a regular basis

• Set project timelines
• Manage project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
