We started by creating an Integrated Marketing Communications Plan (IMC Plan as we call it). We redefined the companies mission, vision and strategic planning for the next three years.
During this process we also defined their personas, swot, inbound strategy and target audience. After we presented the new look we helped them relaunch the brand at their annual trade show.
We now look forward to partnering with them on their
overall digital strategy to engage current subscribers and attract new ones using social media, paid search advertising, email and social.
